Provide support on daily operation of merchandising functions

Perform sourcing duties with suppliers in India, Vietnam and China

Implement sourcing plans and policies to meet Company’s objectives

Responsible for negotiation of price & terms, lead time and quality issues

Liaise with cross functional teams to meet product development process

Diploma graduate or above

4-8 years merchandising experience with focus on sourcing

Solid experience in sundries products and sourcing vendors in India

Sourcing experience in Bangladesh and Vietnam will also be considered

Experience in manufacturing industry or sourcing office is required

Independent, result-driven, energetic with good negotiation skills

Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus

Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
