Customer Care Officer – Hotline Centre

Client

A leading hospitality group providing executive club lounge and extraordinary concierge services to premium members

Job Description

-   

Deliver professional services through incoming calls, emails and online platforms

-   

Communicate with internal parties on resolving complaints and customers’ requests

-   

Ensue all interactions and enquiries are handled in a professional & tactful manner

-   

Identify solutions to ensure services are delivered in accordance with company policies

-   

Assist in updating clients’ database and ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior

Requirements

-   

Degree / Higher Diploma holder

-   

2-3 years customer service experience in hotline or service center

-   

Solid experience in handling incoming calls, email and online platforms

-   

Experience in hotels, airlines or shopping centers is highly preferred

-   

Customer-oriented, energetic, flexible with good interpersonal skills

-   

Good command of spoken & written English, conversational Putonghua

-   

Familiar with Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing

-   

Immediate available would be an advantage
