- | Degree / Higher Diploma holder

- | 2-3 years customer service experience in hotline or service center
|
- | Solid experience in handling incoming calls, email and online platforms
|
- | Experience in hotels, airlines or shopping centers is highly preferred
|
- | Customer-oriented, energetic, flexible with good interpersonal skills
|
- | Good command of spoken & written English, conversational Putonghua
|
- | Familiar with Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
|
- | Immediate available would be an advantage
