Perform in-depth financial analysis to support business strategies and deal transactions

Provide support on preparing financial modelling and valuation analysis for M&A projects

Assist in managing intangible asset and financial instrument according to HKFRS and IFRS

Perform market, industry and financial research for potential investment projects evaluation

Handle the submission of valuation analysis reports in accordance to corporate’s requirements

University graduate in Accountancy or Finance related disciplines

Professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA or CFA is preferable

1-3 years relevant working experience in business advisory company

Experience in Big-4 or second tier accounting firm will also be considered

Familiar with accounting standard and financial modeling for valuation

Detail-oriented team player with strong analytical skills and business sense

Good command of English & Putonghua and native in speaking Cantonese
