Assist in managing the daily operations and ensure project deliverables are met

Handle the communication and coordination with external consultants and contractors

Monitor works schedules of fitting-out and revocation projects and prepare progress report

Support on solving technical & contractual issues and monitoring the budget of contract works

Perform regular site visit for tracking works progress and monitoring the project schedules

Ensure all works are in good building practice and compliance with requirements

Degree holder in Building Services, Civil Engineering or equivalent

4 years or above relevant experience in in fitting-out project management

Solid experience monitoring contract works and overall site activities

Previous experience in luxury residential projects would be an advantage

Self-motivated, energetic, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills

Good command of spoken & written, Mandarin will be an asset

Well-versed in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
