Provide full leasing support such as premises handover & takeover, tenants’ enquiries, tenancy documents preparation and stamp duty calculation

Handle the leasing procedures and renovation works with tenants and internal parties

Responsible for preparing leasing documents, sales turnover analysis and leasing reports

Maintain the database of tenants & leasing information and perform market trend research

Degree holder in Business or related disciplines

3 years or above leasing experience in commercial portfolio

Experience in preparing tenancy agreements and leasing coordination

Previous experience in property development company is required

Well-organized, dynamics, detail-minded with good communication skills

Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
