Perform leasing matters including offer letter and tenancy agreement preparation

Communicate with tenants and internal parties for new lettings and lease renewal

Administer the tenancy procedures and handle tenants’ enquiries and complaints

Provide support on premises takeover & handover and market research & analysis

Degree holder, preferably in Property, Business or equivalent

2-4 years working experience in commercial or residential leasing

Experience in tenancy documentation, preferably in property developer

Self-motivated, energetic, well-organized with good interpersonal skills

Well-versed in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
