Human Resources Manager (Regional / Asia)

Client

A leading group of companies engaging in the development of consumer electronic products with production plants in China, Thailand and Vietnam

Job Description

-   

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to match company and business goals

-   

Monitor full spectrum of HR process including recruitment, C&B functions, performance evaluation and general HR operations across Asian branches (Thailand, Vietnam and China)

-   

Consolidate HR data and prepare periodical HR analytical reports for continuous improvements

-   

Review and implement the procedures of all-rounded HR functions and travel to Asia occasionally

-   

Provide support on organization development and optimizing HRIS for reporting and operation tasks

Requirements

-   

University graduate in HRM, Business or related disciplines

-   

8 years or above human resources experience with regional exposure

-   

Solid experience in managing recruitment cycle and compensation & benefits

-   

Experience in various HR data analysis, preferably with manufacturing background

-   

Result-oriented, analytical, self-initiative with excellent communication skills

-   

Well-organized, energetic, people-oriented and able to perform multi-tasks

-   

Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS system

-   

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus

-   

Immediate available would be an advantage
