| - | 8 years or above human resources experience with regional exposure

| - | Solid experience in managing recruitment cycle and compensation & benefits

| - | Experience in various HR data analysis, preferably with manufacturing background

| - | Result-oriented, analytical, self-initiative with excellent communication skills
|
| - | Well-organized, energetic, people-oriented and able to perform multi-tasks
|
| - | Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS system
|
| - | Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
|
| - | Immediate available would be an advantage
