Perform the daily smooth operations and ensure project deliverables are met

Handle the communication and coordination with consultants and contractors

Assist in monitoring the works schedules of fitting-out and revocation projects

Provide support on solving technical issues and preparing progress report

Perform regular site visit for tracking works progress and project schedules

Degree / Associate Degree in Building Services or related disciplines

3-4 years relevant experience in in fitting-out project management

Solid experience monitoring contract works and overall site activities

Previous experience in residential projects would be a great advantage

Self-motivated, energetic, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills

Good command of spoken & written, Mandarin will be an asset

Well-versed in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
