Customer Service Executive (Hotline Service)

Client

A privilege lounge in prestigious shopping mall providing professional services to premier customers and VIP

Job Description

-   

Resolve day-to-day enquiries through phone calls, emails and online chats

-   

Maximize customer satisfaction by providing courteous and tactful services

-   

Provide support on cross-level coordination on resolving issues and complaints

-   

Ensure the hotline services are handled effectively in line with company policies

-   

Maintain & update customers’ database and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

-   

Higher Diploma holder or above

-   

3-4 years customer service experience in hotline services

-   

Previous experience in hospitality or aviation industry is preferable

-   

Experience in providing service through inbound calls and live chats

-   

Initiative team player with good communication and problem solving skills

-   

Good communication of spoken & written English and Mandarin

-   

Conversant with computer skills in using Microsoft Office

-   

Immediate available is a definite advantage
