Customer Service Officer (Logistics / e-Commerce)

Client

A multinational supply chain company providing logistics solutions for E-Commerce business

Job Description

-   

Provide customer service and logistics support to ensure the smooth operation

-   

Handle customers’ enquiries and requests in a courteous and tactful manner

-   

Liaise with internal and external parties on resolving logistics and delivery issues

-   

Update logistics system and prepare monthly reports for management review

-   

Maintain good customer relationship by delivering timely and effective solutions

Requirements

-   

Degree holder in Logistics related disciplines

-   

2-3 years customer service experience with logistics background

-   

Solid experience in handling e-Commerce and delivery arrangement

-   

Detail-minded, energetic, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills

-   

Customer-oriented, flexible, team player and sense of responsibilities

-   

Proficient in suing Microsoft Office and advanced level of Excel

-   

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus

-   

Immediate available would be an advantage
