Follow up orders with overseas customers, suppliers and internal parties

Provide support on preparing quotation, sales invoices and purchase order

Assist in logistics & delivery arrangement and preparing related documents

Maintain the database of customers, pricing and sales order information

Update orders information in SAP system and perform ad hoc duties

Degree / Associate Degree holder in any disciplines  

3-4 years relevant experience in sales support coordination

Solid experience in customer liaison and logistics arrangement

Experience in trading or manufacturing background is required

Initiative, detail-minded, energetic, dynamics with pleasant personality

Well-versed in MS Word, Excel & Chinese WP, SAP knowledge is preferable

Good command of both spoken & written English and Mandarin
