Senior Analyst (Business Process Improvement)

Client

A leading group of companies engaging in various businesses of trading and manufacturing, supply chain and retail business

Job Description

-   

Perform analysis of the business projects related to productivity, cost, quality and efficiency

-   

Prepare, review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with best practices

-   

Communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure SOPs are readily accessible and effectively

-   

Develop and implement process improvement initiatives such as Lean Practice and Six Sigma

-   

Support on translating user requirements into clear and concise system design specifications

-   

Coordinate with users for system testing, documentation, training, UAT and solution delivery

-   

Implement the opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and processes using RPA technologies

Requirements

-   

Degree holder in Statistics, System Engineering or related disciplines

-   

3-4 years relevant experience in business process improvement or analysis

-   

Solid experience in preparing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

-   

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably with manufacturing background

-   

Detail-oriented, energetic, analytical, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills

-   

Well-versed in MS Office applications, such as MS Excel and PowerPoint

-   

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus

-   

Immediate available would be an advantage
