Sales Support Coordinator

Client

A leading distribution company of fire protection products and equipment with engineering services

Job Description

-   

Provide support on sales order operation and project coordination duties

-   

Handle customers’ enquiries & requests and provide appropriate follow up

-   

Prepare sales related documents including quotation, PO and delivery documents

-   

Assist in tender processing and delivery coordination with suppliers and logistics team

-   

Update order information in the system and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

-   

Higher Diploma graduate or above

-   

1-2 years working experience in supporting sales operation

-   

Solid experience in customer coordination, preferably in tender processing

-   

Experience in sales documentation and delivery arrangement is preferable

-   

Background gained from trading or engineering company is an advantage

-   

Detail-minded, energetic, adaptable, well-organized and responsible

-   

Computer literate in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese WP

-   

Good communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin

-   

Immediate available is highly preferred
