Assistant Human Resources Manager (Recruitment)

Client

A leading group of companies engaging in the development of electronic consumer products with production plants in China and South East Asia

Job Description

-   

Assist in managing and delivering HR related functions for HK and China & South East Asia

-   

Manage whole recruitment cycle including CVs screening, interview and offer confirmation

-   

Work closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and job requirements

-   

Coordinate with factories and internal parties for the smooth implementation of HR initiatives

-   

Develop and execute HR strategies and operating procedures are in line with corporate goals

-   

Compile HR analytical reports and evaluate the overall performance for management review

-   

Provide support on organizing HR activities such as recruitment events, training activities etc

Requirements

-   

Degree holder in HR Management, Business or related disciplines

-   

8 years or above human resources experience with focus on recruitment

-   

Solid experience in recruitment cycle from resumes screening to onboarding

-   

Previous experience in sizable corporations with China and regional exposure

-   

Self-motivated, energetic, people-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

-   

Well-versed in using MS Office such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

-   

Good communication of both spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus

-   

Immediate available is a definite advantage
