Develop and implement strategic sourcing plan to drive business growth

Manage the sourcing cycle including product development and price negotiation

Responsible for cost calculation & analysis and supplier selection & evaluation

Coordinate with suppliers and factories to drive on time delivery and resolve problem

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and testing issues

Perform analysis on market trends & regulatory requirements and ad hoc duties

Diploma holder or above in Procurement or related disciplines

7-8 years sourcing experience in toys, preferably for USA/EEC market

Solid experience in soft & hard toys and new product development

Experience in trading or manufacturing company is highly preferred

Self-initiative, energetic, detail-minded and sense of responsibilities

Independent, energetic, team player with good communication skills

Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua

Immediate available would be an advantage
