Responsible for sales order processing and updating sales system

Work closely with customers, suppliers and internal departments

Prepare sales related documents and regular performance reports

Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Diploma graduate or above

2 years sales support experience with customers and vendors

Solid experience in order processing and document preparation

Good computer skills in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese WP

Diligent, detail-minded, cheerful with good interpersonal skills

Good command of English and fair in spoken Mandarin

Fresh degree or associate degree will also be considered
