Guest Services Supervisor / Senior Guest Services Officer

An international hospitality group managing a board profile of hotels and executive clubs in Asia

Job Description

-   

Provide excellent and consistent level of service to meet guests’ expectations

-   

Follow up appropriately on guests’ requests with internal and external parties

-   

Effectively manage guests’ interactions, identify their needs and provide solutions

-   

Responsible for cross-level coordination on resolving issues and guests’ requests

-   

Supervise a small team to maximize guests’ satisfactions and service quality

Requirements

-   

Degree holder in Hotel Management or related disciplines

-   

4 years or above relevant experience in guest services support

-   

Solid experience in hospitality industry, preferably in supervisory level

-   

Initiative, service-oriented, pleasant with strong communication skills

-   

Result-oriented, team player, detail-minded and sense of responsibilities

-   

Proficient in communication of English and conversational Putonghua

-   

Well-versed in using Microsoft Office and knowledge of Opera

-   

Immediate available is a definite advantage
