Sales Administrator

Client

A leading trading and distribution company of medical products with headquarter in USA

Job Description

-   

Handle sales order coordination with customers and overseas offices

-   

Prepare sales documents such as quotation, purchase orders and sales reports

-   

Liaise with suppliers on orders scheduling and maintain customer database

-   

Perform sales administration duties and maintain order transactions in the system

Requirements

-   

Degree / Higher Diploma graduate

-   

2-3 years working experience in sales administration support

-   

Experience in sales order follow up with customers and suppliers

-   

Well-organized, energetic, cheerful, team player with proactive attitude

-   

Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an asset

-   

Conversant with computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

-   

Immediate available is a great advantage
